The administration of the Remedios T. Romualdez Medical Foundation is vested exclusively in the Board of Trustees which has complete control of the properties, business and affairs of the College, and which reserves the right to make any changes in the management and operations of the College or in the conduct of its affairs which may be deemed necessary or advisable.

The Board of Trustees further reserves the right to make, amend, and revise rules and regulations governing all phases of the relationship between the College and the students which right may be exercised at any time, or from time to time, in such means and to such extent as the Board in its sole discretion, may determine.
