WITHDRAWAL FROM THE COURSE

 

Withdrawal from the medical course may be allowed only when done through the proper procedure as described below:

Within the first week of the semester:
    Admission to Advanced Standing   The student should seek the advice of the dean. He should fill up the appropriate form with the approval of the dean.
    Admission to Foreign Students
    Honorable Dismissal The student should then proceed to the Registrar's Office for proper posting of any change after which the student proceeds to the Accounting Office for adjustment of fees.
    Annual Limitations of the Rules
    Rules of Conduct 2. From the second week of the semester and thereafter
    Rules Regarding Payments   The student should seek the advice of the Department Head for evaluation and fill up the appropriate form.
    Adjustment & Reimbursement of Fees The student proceeds to the Registrar's Office for posting and, finally, to the Accounting Office for the adjustment of fees.
3. Any withdrawal from enrolment, and/or dropping of subject(s) without official notice shall be marked "Dropped" or "Failed" at the end of the term.
