ADJUSTMENT AND REIMBURSEMENT OF FEES:

Related Links A student who cancels his registration after having paid his fees in full shall not be entitled to any refund if the cancellation is made after 30 days from registration regardless of whether he has attended classes or not. Provided however, that, if the student drops out during the first week after registration, 20% of the tuition fees will be charged plus the matriculation fee whether he/she has attended classes or not;

If the student withdraws within the second, third or fourth week after registration, 50% of the tuition fees will be charged plus the matriculation fee whether he/she attended classes or not; and

If the student withdraws after 30 days from registration he/she is under obligation to pay all the fees for the entire semester.

Request for refund shall be made within the period allowed for such refund (1-4 weeks after registration) otherwise, the student is deemed to have waived his right to a refund.
