ADMISSION
REQUIREMENTS |
|
An applicant for
enrollment to the course must satisfy the following requirements |
|
1. Be a high school
graduate from any accredited school with a general weighted average
rating of 80% or better.
|
|
2.
Should belong to the upper 40% of the graduating class
|
| 3. With an NSAT rating of 75% or better |
|
4.
Have passed the entrance examination and personal interview
|
| 5. With good moral character |
| 6. Be physically fit; and |
| 7. Preferably not more than 30nyears old |
|
No applicant shall be
admitted for registration unless he/she presents the following
credentials: |
|
1. Form 138 (HS Report
Card) or its equivalent with the NSAT rating indicated therein |
|
2. Birth Certificate
(Xerox Copy); |
| 3. Certificate that applicant belongs to the upper 40% of the graduating class; |
| 4. Certificate of Good Moral character from the |
| a. Principal of last school attended |
| b. Parish Priest or its equivalent |
| c. Barangay Chairman |
| 5. Medical Certificate issued by RTRMF-designated physician. |
